The Role:
We are looking for a Ventures Lead for one of our clients—an ambitious company looking to scale new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-growth ventures. This role is for a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who knows how to spot opportunities, build partnerships, and turn ideas into revenue-generating ventures.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in venture building, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Strong background in identifying market opportunities, structuring deals, and launching new ventures.
A network of industry contacts and the ability to create high-value partnerships.
Experience in negotiating deals, scaling new business units, and driving revenue growth.
A mix of strategy, execution, and problem-solving—able to navigate ambiguity and make things happen.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in tech, SaaS, media, or high-growth industries.
A background in investment, fundraising, or venture capital.
Experience working in fast-moving, execution-focused environments.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and launch new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Build and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and joint ventures.
Work closely with leadership to define and execute venture growth strategies.
Negotiate and structure business deals and investment opportunities.
Track industry trends and identify market gaps for innovation.
